We want you to be delighted with your purchases of EquiFlow and CaniFlow.

If you have bought either product for the first time to try it and, having tried the product at the proscribed loading dose, are not happy with your animal's progress then please contact us and we will provide a refund for the sales price of the product.  Please contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase..

If you have bought before but decide that your subsequent purchase was a mistake we will accept unopened containers for return and will refund the sale price of the product.  Please contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase to qualify for this refund offer.
