Shipping policy

 

We attempt and expect to pack and ship all items on the same day as you place your order for pick up the following business day.  Our standard service is next business day tracked delivery for non-subscription orders.  For subscription orders we may use a slower service but which should nevertheless arrive on the planned date.

If your order arrives damaged or missing any items please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problems as soon as possible.

We take the best of care to ensure that your items are packaged correctly but this isn't always sufficient to ensure the product reaches you in the desired state.  We commit to resolving your issues to the best of our ability, please contact us here to let us know if you have any problems.
